6 Days Photograph Tour to Jianshui, Yuanyang, and Honghe

Day 01 – Arrival in Kunming – Jianshui

On arrival in Kunming, which is known as Spring City, our guide meet you at the airport (It’s Okay at 3 pm at the latest), Then take a private car to Jianshui (3hrs, 210km). After check in at a local hotel in Jianshui and have a good rest, you can have a free walk in Jianshui Old Town. If time permits, our tour guide will lead you to visit the Zhu’s Family Garden and the Chaoyang Tower, which is located at the east gate of Jianshui County. The tower was built in the year 1389 and has been known as a mini Tiananmen Tower.

Day – 02: Jianshui – Yuanyang

Today, after breakfast, visit Shuanglong (Double Dragon) Bridge – 3km west of Jianshui, the 17-Arch Bridge arches across the confluence of the Lujiang River and the Tachong River. Then go to Family Zhang’s Family Garden and take a look at its arts and values.
Then proceed to Yuanyang (3hrs, 150km), while you arrival, take photos of sunset at Hani people’s rice terraces at Laohuzui (Tiger Mouth) at first.

Day – 03: Yuanyang

Get up very early to take photos around Yuanyang. After visit Duoyishu in the sunrise, drive back to the hotel for breakfast. Pay a visit to the Rice Terraces, enjoy time over picture taking and sightseeing and go to Qingkou Hani Village, where you’ll appreciate the best preserved folk culture of Yuanyang. At last, take photos of sunset at Bada.

Day – 04: Yuanyang – Honghe

Today will be a little tired, take photos at Shengcun village in the early morning, and after breakfast, Drive to Honghe county (110km，3hrs) .
Check in the hotel, and have a relaxed rest. Visit the Horse Caravan Manor in the old town, which is located on a mountainside.

Day – 05: Honghe

This whole day, you will have a long time journey to visit the Rice Terraces around villages of Honghe county. By this round trip, you could take photos at Guidong, Samaba, Yangliu, and Jiayin. You also can enjoy other folk attractions. You will be back Honghe county in the evening.

Day – 06: Honghe – Kunming

After breakfast, transfer back to Kunming by private car (250km, 6hrs). While you arrive Kunming, our tour guide will send you to the airport for your departure flight, and say GOODBYE.
